Agreement

By accessing or using StoreShot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

StoreShot helps you upload app screenshots, apply templates and device frames, edit copy, and export launch assets. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use authenticated features.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Your content

  • You retain ownership of the screenshots and materials you upload.
  • You grant StoreShot a limited license to host, process, and display your content only to provide the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and export your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use StoreShot for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or access another user's account without permission.
  • Circumvent usage limits, billing rules, or export restrictions.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

  • Free accounts may receive credits that are consumed when exporting assets, subject to current product rules.
  • Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider.
  • You can cancel an active subscription from the billing management flow in the product or by contacting support.
  • Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If something went wrong, contact support within 7 days of purchase and include your order ID.
  • We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where applicable.

Intellectual property

StoreShot, including its brand, website, templates, software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of StoreShot itself.

Disclaimer

StoreShot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that exports will meet every app store requirement, approval timeline, or platform policy. You are responsible for reviewing final assets before submission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoreShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using StoreShot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StoreShot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
