StoreShot ("we", "us", or "our") provides tools to create and export app store screenshots. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using storeshot.studio and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier to create and maintain your StoreShot account.
- Project content. We store the screenshots, project settings, templates, and exports you create in the service.
- Billing information. If you purchase StoreShot Pro, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We receive order status, plan details, and billing metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage and technical data. We may collect basic logs such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve StoreShot.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process subscriptions, credits, and exports.
- Respond to support requests and service notices.
- Detect abuse, fraud, and technical issues.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run StoreShot, such as hosting, storage, and authentication partners, and payment partners.

StoreShot is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
